Alexandria Journal of Agricultural Sciences: It is an international journal of various agricultural sciences issued every three months (March-June-September-December) at the Faculty of Agriculture- Alexandria University, starting from 2022. It has an international editorial body, and it is listed in the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB). The journal publishes original articles on all aspects of agriculture and related subjects. Research papers, short communications, and review articles are published based on their scientific content quality. The AJAS publishes scientific articles in both English and Arabic, with the research requiring a summary in either Arabic or English. Each published article was independently seen before by two scientific reviewers as a blind peer review.

AJAS publishes only original research and therefore, AJAS is committed to preventing plagiarism by using plagiarism detection software. 

Article Processing Charge

A-       For Foreigner authors: 

• Kindly acknowledge that all articles published in our journal are open-access and freely available online immediately upon publication.

• Each article is supported with Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

• An article publication charge (APC) of 100 US $ covers a small portion of the costs of the editorial, peer review, and publication processes. The APC should be transferred after the article acceptance.

• Alexandria Journal of Agriculture Sciences provides discounts to authors from African countries, which were classified by the World Bank as low-income economies. 

B-       For Egyptian authors:

• The article publication charge is 750 EGP for each article does not exceed 15 pages. Each page over 15 costs 50 EGP. The peer-reviewing process charges 200 EGP/article. 

مجلة الإسکندرية للعلوم الزراعية: مجلة دولية للعلوم الزراعية المختلفة تصدر کل ثلاثة أشهر هي (مارس - يونيو - سبتمبر - ديسمبر) في کلية الزراعة – جامعة الإسکندرية إبتداءاً من 2022 ولديها هيئة نشر دولية ومدرجة في بنک المعرفة المصري EKB. تنشر المجلة الأبحاث باللغة الإنجليزية أو العربية مع ضرورة احتواء البحث على ملخص باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية.

تکاليف النشر:

أ‌-   بالنسبة لغير المصريين :

• تکلفة نشر وطباعة البحث 100 دولار أمريکي.

• تقوم المجلة بعمل تخفيض للباحثين من الدول الأفريقية المصنفة کدول منخفضة الدخل.

ب‌-  بالنسبة للمصريين:

• تکاليف تحکيم البحث 200 جنيه مصري.

• بالنسبة للبحوث المنشورة باللغة الإنجليزية :

- تکلفة نشر وطباعة البحث 750 جنيه حتى عدد 15 صفحات، و 50 جنيه لکل صفحة  

 تزيد عن الـ 15 صفحات.

• بالنسبة للبحوث المنشورة باللغة العربية :

- تکلفة نشر وطباعة البحث 750 جنيه حتى عدد 20 صفحة، و 50 جنيه لکل صفحة

 تزيد عن الـ20 صفحة.
